The support system is incredible, any kind of question we have I know that I can go to somebody to get me somewhere to get an answer. I'm not really one to come up with some great ideas on my own not going to do that, but if someone gives me an idea, I can take that mold it and make it into something that works for us and so I just love being able to go to another franchisee and get an idea. The workplace board that we use right now is incredible for getting different ideas or input from others. We're just very grateful for all the support that we receive and the tools and the systems that are provided.
